Pre-Order Model

• The following items from the 2025 Collection (The Boy and The River) are offered on a pre-order basis only, allowing us to avoid producing excess inventory and unnecessary waste:

• Our pre-order window runs from September 20, 2025 through October 5, 2025
• Production will begin after October 5th, with orders shipping on a rolling basis starting in mid-October
• Ordering during the pre-order window guarantees that your piece enters our small batch production process; any additional inventory that remains after pre-orders close will be made available online
  

Shipping

• Orders will ship from New York as they are completed
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
• Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location; Chores is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
• At this moment, we cannot accommodate all international shipping requests; for special cases, please contact us
  

Returns

• Please carefully review product details and sizing information before placing your order
• Because each piece is produced to order, we cannot accept cancellations once production begins
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective; in such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
